Plant care tips:
- Sunlight: At least 3-6 hours of preferably morning sunlight a day is ideal for plant to grow well and natural indirect bright light for the rest of the day.
- Watering: Before water poke your finger/plain small stick into the soil to check the moisture. Water when top soil (1-2 inches) feels dry to touch. Water thoroughly in the summer and reduce watering in winter and rainy season.
- Soil: Use nutrient rich, well drained, well aerated, and porous potting mix.

- Repotting: Repot your Rubber Plant annually. Use a pot one size bigger than the previous pot.
- Propagation: You can propagate a Rubber Plant using two methods: air layering or stem cuttings. When propagating Rubber Plant via cuttings, get a good cutting which is about 6 inches long to ensure successful propagation.
Plant problems & protection:
- Remove dead, infected or damaged plant parts.
- Yellowing of leaves is a sign of overwatering. Change your watering schedule. Let the top one inch of the soil dry up before watering.
- Most common reason for loss of leaves is over – watering. Make sure you are watering your plant only when the topsoil has dried up. Other reasons like low light or cold drafts also cause leaf loss.
